Team Headshot Days

A simple, professional way to update headshots for your entire team.

I bring a full studio setup directly to your office, making it easy for your staff to receive polished, consistent headshots without needing to schedule individual appointments or travel to a studio.

How It Works

For on-site headshot days, I typically need a private room or conference room with approximately 10' × 10' of open space. Setup takes about one hour, and breakdown takes about one hour after the final session.

Once the studio is ready, I can comfortably photograph around 10 people per hour, while still allowing enough time for posing direction, expression coaching, and multiple options for each person.

Background Options

Standard background options include white, gray, or black.

Gray is often a great choice because it works well with a wide range of skin tones, wardrobe choices, and professional settings. It creates a clean, polished look without feeling too stark or too dramatic.

Environmental headshots are also available if your office has a beautiful indoor space, lobby, or architectural feature that fits your brand.

Outdoor headshots are generally not recommended for team headshot days because they can become weather-dependent and harder to keep consistent from person to person.

What to Wear

Please follow your company’s dress code or brand guidelines.

In general, solid colors and clean, professional clothing photograph best. Busy patterns, distracting graphics, and large logos are usually best avoided unless they are part of your company’s brand.

Makeup & Grooming

Natural, minimal makeup tends to photograph best, but everyone is welcome to lean into their own personal style as appropriate.

The goal is not to make everyone look the same. The goal is to help each person look polished, comfortable, and like themselves.

Retouching

Retouching is clean, natural, and professional.

The goal is simple: you should look like yourself on your best skin day.

Temporary blemishes, scratches, razor burn, and other short-term marks can be removed. Skin is refined without looking overly processed, and natural texture is preserved.

Delivery

After the session, each person receives access to a proofing gallery to select their favorite image.

Final retouched headshots are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the size of the team.
